Jane Cunningham Design and Interiors is a boutique interior design practice with a wealth of experience across a full range of Design Services having been involved in delivering many significant projects in the private and public sector.

The breadth of our expertise and experience allows us to offer a complete Interior Design project service from the earliest conceptions to contract administration and on going fit-out maintenance.  Also offered are services in Strategic Facilities Planning, so companies can plan their long term space and accommodation needs.

With the immediate availability of in-house resources in project management, facilities planning and design services, Jane Cunningham Interior Design can not only provide full interior design services but can also provide a total project service from conceptual design through to construction management.  The practice can offer a complete fully integrated consultancy service.  The products offered in our full service are:

Includes specialist services; project planning and control; cost management; time planning; methods of delivery and forms of contract; selection and evaluation of tenderers and construction management.

·         Planning and Preliminary Design

Includes needs analysis; brief development; option studies; site surveys and investigations; facilities planning; space planning; concept design; indicative cost advice; technical and financial feasibility studies; schematic design and formal presentations to clients and Regulatory Authorities.

·         Design Development

Includes brief consolidation; authority consultations and approvals; detailed planning; materials selections; furniture design and design detailing.

·         Contract Documentation

Includes working drawings; specifications; colour and material boards; contract conditions; certification of design intent; technical assessments; authority approvals; calling of tenders and tender evaluation.
